We conduct the most effective, faith-based alcohol and drug recovery programs in the area. These programs are intensive, 12-month work and training initiatives that have transformed hundreds of lives since 1951. By combining life skills and vocational training with biblical education and mentoring, the program provides shelter for addicts and inmates as they learn to become productive members of society.
While students are in the Hope Program, they are provided many opportunities. They have attended retreats in Glorietta, New Mexico and Women of Faith conferences in San Antonio. We provide them transportation to church as well as Celebrate Recovery. Outside activities include walking, softball, and frisbee golf. Additionally, a chiropractor comes to the ministry every week and gives adjustments to students.
